Once checked in they tell you drop the trailer in the yard and wait outside yard to be offloaded but they take forever to offload. Expect to loose a whole day. They care less about drivers time. I was supposed to be a drop and hook with charger trailer but the trailers are sitting in the yard and no one cares to unload them. The only positive thing is that the guard shack guy is quite good guy.
They actually deserve 0 star but there z no such!!!

Very efficient. Easy drop and hook. Both the security guard and the lady in shipping were some of the nicest and most polite people I have dealt with in 8 years of trucking.

This place is super small. Multiple tractor and trailers can not move around on the yard at the same time.

On I-75 exit 216 passing the traffic light to the right you stop on the street you report to security you pass you stop in front of shipping you write down your information time name if it is droop the one you leave and the one you leave they sign the Bill and where You stopped there, you left the box, you went out into the street, you waited for the base.

The worst of the worst, the slowest you can imagine, the appointment was at 7:00 AM, and I arrived at 5:00 AM, I had already read the comments, I registered at 7:04 because first you have You have to walk to report to the person at the booth, and from there they send you to the reception office, they treated me well, nothing special, they tell you to unhook and they will talk to you when the trailer is empty, and at 2:12 pm they called me to go through the trailer, 7 hours to unload is an abuse, you lose almost half a day, the only thing that helped me was to be able to load the driving shift

Everything has changed very quickly, the process and they are very kind if you can park nearby, if you drop off, you release your box and they immediately put your empty box outside and that's it.

Pirelli DC, allows you to drop trailer if load not ready, I noticed some negative complaints about loading/Unloading, but My experience was great, no issues.
