“I’d like to say, the lady with the short hair and glasses that was on the left window was pleasant even though the line was out the door. They are clearly short staffed but i appreciate the positive energy and great customer service. Happy holidays all.”

“With the recent delays in package deliveries from USPS due to the Palmetto center issues, I just wanted to express how much I really appreciate this location. They're friendly, professional, and have done their very best to be honest and understanding with those of us facing frustrations about our packages not showing up. They may not have a solution, but they do seem to care, and that's important.”

“Every time I visit my local post office everyone is always so pleasant. Today I feel like Shannon went above and beyond. I forgot to write the address on a postcard so I called to see if they could pull it for me. Not only did Shannon pull the card, but she also offered to write the missing address on there for me. She saved me from having to leave work early. This is what I call excellent customer service!”

“I regularly visit my local Locust Grove PO. I'm greeted with smiles. With verbal thanks for patience to their customers, if they get very busy. Wirh courtesy if people are less than patient with clerks who are doing their best to cheerfully satisfy our needs. The Post Office is not a business, it's a service. It needs to be headed by a person who understands that.”

“This is my local post office. It's usually a good experience in terms of friendly workers. However, the place is very lowly lit and lightly cleaned. The time of day will dictate whether you have a long wait or not. I appreciate that they have a self-service machine in the lobby for you to mail your own packages, which is very helpful when there is a long line. Lately, they no longer display which stamps they have in stock in the display cases. When there is a long line, I like to browse the stamps in the case to help pass the time. It also helps me decide which ones I want to purchase...but now you just have to ask the teller what's in stock and go back and forth with them while they check.”
