About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better.
Customers have reported positive experiences at their local USPS locations, with friendly and professional staff providing great customer service, even when the locations are busy. Some customers noted that despite short staffing, the postal workers maintained a positive attitude and energy, helping customers efficiently. One customer highlighted the excellent service of an employee named Andrew Floyd. While a few customers encountered rude clerks or inconvenient closing times, the overall sentiment is that USPS is dedicated to delivering quality service to its customers.

Your best option at this post office is to use the self-service kiosk, because the employees have zero sense of urgency. If you have nothing to do, or no where else to be, then waiting in line may not be an issue. They are exceptionally slow.

I normally don’t leave a review much On my experiences. However, My visit today 9/19/26 was very unpleasant. The clerk that served me was very aggressive dismissive and disrespectful. Each time I come to this location he seems to not enjoy what he does and it projects onto the customers.
