If we need storage in the future, we will be returning. She also showed me office suites, which I had no idea they offered.”
“Mr Curtis the district manager called after my bad review to explain the problems, help with the ridiculous price which only was reduced by $20 (better than nothing I guess) helped with my late fee ( times are tough) and was very nice. He understood the problems and worked hard to solve them. Hopefully I can remove my stuff really soon so I can save money. It’s just so expensive to rent a moving vehicle and drive nearly 800 miles to and from to get it. Thank you Mr Curtis for you help.”

Due to traffic, I was not going to make the 1pm return time, called and extended the return time by an hour. Entire process was easy. Very appreciative of the great customer service.”
