Hey McDonough Verizon store ?? Happy to have you in our community. Do you know who I can speak to about getting your monument sign light sconce fixtures new light bulbs in them and lit up again? I’m trying to get the whole Henry Town Center lit up again at night as it used to look so pretty! Kite Realty is helping me with the other tenants, hoping Verizon can hop in too ??Your assistance is greatly appreciated ?

I'm visiting the area and my phone would not charge. I came to the store and the manager helped me out by selling me a new block and cord that was more powerful than my broken one. I really appreciated her professionalism because she could have told me I needed a new phone. Definitely a five star.

I always have a great experience at my Verizon store in McDonough on Jonesboro road. Although I did not need to go in when pairing my new replacement iPad. Destiny was there with me helping along the way, from assisting with opening the box to sealing the bow with the return of the old one. Thanks to the whole team, and extra for Destiny!!!!

I went into the store to pick up the home internet and the staff was great but I’m disappointed because I was supposed to get 2 months off my first two months and I haven’t not gotten them. Monet was the representative that promised me that deal and she talked me into getting home internet due to the promotion at the time for the free Apple home pod on them and I just feel like she told me anything just to make a sale. I’ve been calling the number that she has called me at and left detailed messages for her to reach out back to me but there has been no return call, I’m so disappointed. I made this transaction on October 11th and I’ve seen my bill go up and no 2 months free so I feel lied too and I’m a 2 year customer with Verizon.

Waited 2 hours to return a phone case, which only took about 3 minutes, while the manager stayed in the back. He occasionally came out but never acknowledged the 10+ customers waiting. He would just walk around then go back to the back.

Worst Location Ever, Dont come! Monet was extremely rude, she didn't want to greet me and complained about assisting me when I walked in. She gave me a hard time and was pleased when I left as she didn’t have to do any work. Please give her some customer service training.

I will never go here again. Race discrimination. I was ignored for 10 minutes but when a black lady came in it was all hey how are you did you sign in? nobody said anything to me about signing in. then they acted like they couldn't factory reset a phone and neither of them had time to see if they had any prepaid phones in the back. the one I have crashed and needs replacing, it's not even 5G.go to any other store these chicks are lazy and rude.

I went to Verizon to upgrade my phone. There was a wait but that wasn’t the problem. The representative Roderick was very unprofessional. It felt like he had an attitude and didn’t want to be at work. He made me feel like l should have known what l wanted before l got there. Of course l had questions l was upgrading. In the process of helping me he was on the phone with someone. I thought that was very rude, I’m the customer and your focus should have been on me at that time. I promise if l ever have to visit that location again and he’s there l will walk out and drive 25 miles to another one. On the other hand the representative AD was very pleasant and friendly.

So I ordered online!! Let's start that the store is awesome because they were packed. All the gentleman were engaged with their customers. I used the locker feature to pick up my order(s) and it was convenient and easy. Then I was assisted to find accessories that I was even able to check out and go about my business. Again the store is packed but the store associates were each able to direct me and answer my minimum questions. Remember to all those less than satisfactory reviews says alot about themselves as human beings and expectations in this new world of shopping with Verizon. Verizon makes it easy for those customers who know what they want and know how to use the technology.

I was at my wit's end trying to talk with someone from customer service after I left Verizon and changed my mobile number. I ended up going to Verizon to see if they could assist me. I was able to talk with customer service on the phone there and got all of my questions and concerns addressed. It was extremely busy, but definitely worth the wait.

I bought a iPhone 14 pro max shipped to me told her I wanted 1 day delivery, but the associate put it for 2 day delivery and said it’s okay even if I put it for one day shipping it still comes in 2 days. Now I can’t cancel my phone and I have to 2 days when my phone could have been here tomorrow morning!!!! Why does Verizon not have 1 terabyte iPhones ? The iPhone has been out for over 5 months?!!!!!
