“A package I ordered was being sent back and forth between Macon and Tenille multiple times for some unknown reason.. I spoke with Ms Shay and she went out of her way and met another postal worker (in her personal car) to retrieve the package and get it to the Zebulon office for me. Extremely helpful and polite.”
