“I'm going to the store for a very long time and the cashier still looks at me like I am from another planet. She is rude she doesn't speak even when I say thank you and how are you doing she just stares at me. I have friends that come in from out of town that have to use that store and they all say the same thing. It is family oriented therefore nothing will probably be done about it. She never even says thank you for coming in or even acknowledged you when you come in the door there's a younger girl that works there that is just as rude. I will be contacting corporate over this issue because this has been going on since 2005 and you would think they would smile at me by now. I have spent a lot of money in that store and there's nowhere else to go to get the things I need other than driving 30 miles away. The owner of the store is a great man but his employees need customer service training. Smiling at somebody could make or break their day so if you're in a sad mood do not go in the store cuz you'll walk out feeling even sadder.”
