“My daughter has had 2 different incidents over the last year, and Mavis has been great to her. Their staff is super kind as both b incidents occurred close to closing. They had to order the tires she needed. They were able to put tires on the next day. The prices are very reasonable and the tires are good.”

“This place was a blessing! I thought I was having problems with my tie rod and/or CV joint. I figured it would be at least a several hundred dollar job. I called and spoke with Sergio and he said they were very busy but he would have it looked at as soon as possible. I dropped my truck off on Tuesday expecting them not to be able to look at it until Wednesday. He called back just a few hours later and said the issue was nowhere as near as bad as I thought. The issue was with my lower control arm. He said his mechanic fixed the problem and they both said it wasn’t worth charging me for. I’m not saying they’ll fix your vehicle for free, but they could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me for just about anything. Their honesty will definitely make me a returning customer. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST! You don’t find those qualities in a good mechanic these days. Thanks guys! I’ll see you when I need new tires.”

“Stranded on the side of a highway with a blown tire and two children is somewhat terrifying. After several frustrating calls to emergency tire and rv repair companies and State Farm roadside assistance being less helpful than google, we found CTS. Our CTS hero pulled up quickly and made repairing an inside rv tire on the side of the highway look less terrifying than it is. He got us on the road very quickly and was a pleasure to meet. Five stars, no notes.”

“Put on new tires at a shop in Columbus. I rotated the tires on my own for the first rotation. Had a severe vibration afterwards. Brought the car to a dedicated tire shop off Veterans to balance and still had a vibration. Had success at Sam's before with another vehicle so I took the car to them to balance the tires one last time before I gave up. They nailed it. Zero vibrations driving home.”
