“We were greated at the door when we walked in. I asked where I could find what I was looking for and instead of telling me the employee walked us to the location and helped us make the correct selection. What great personal service.”

“Tops in service. Not often that I don't find exactly what I need here for any project. If they don't have it, they're happy to recommend places to find it.”

“Play yet again a new location I visited that I had a phenomenal experience at. I was coming to get this 18 inch serrated machete knife that I actually heard about from someone on one of my social networks. They suggested Walmart against my better mind I did go to look for it there even though they said online that they had it but unfortunately they did not. But fortunately for me that stopped me from putting any more money into their pocket and it brought me to a new location that could meet my needs at a higher better more respectful level. Even the customers that I engaged with while checking out we're friendly and helpful. I was able to get the knife quickly promptly check out and sign up for their mailing list as well Great job guys I absolutely will be back soon”

“Box stores cannot hold a candle to the quality, knowledge and service that you get at this Milledgeville location. Do yourself a favor on your construction project and get a company that specializes in lumber to quote your project .”

“Went in for some emergency plumbing fittings and was greeted as soon as I walked in. The associate helped me locate what I needed, and I was quickly on my way to make the repairs. Thank you.”

“Well, for someone who's renting, I've sure been here a lot in the 21 months that I've lived in Mville. LoL Even though the Duplex owners have pest control (outside is monthly; inside is quarterly), due to the rains, I don't think this (especially inside) is adequate (seeing earwigs, spiders and a couple of roaches confirms it). So, I went ahead and bought some Indoor pest control products. And, because there's been a Ground Hornet flitting around the bushes in the flower box, I also bought a spray can of Wasp & Hornet killer. Finally, I picked up a 3-pack Cord Minder (in lieu of making one, which would cost a lot more).”

“Kevin was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explained what appeared to be the issue and worked hard to make sure the installation of the part was correct. 6 days later: Unfortunately my ice maker still does not work and have not received a follow up call.”

“Toni and Teresa from the service desk went above and beyond to help me out today. It is hard to find great customer service these days but these two ladies were really a god sent!!! Thank y’all from the bottom of my heart!”
