“What a beautiful and welcoming independent bookstore in Milton! Poe & Company is so much more than a place to buy books, it feels like a true community gathering space. I especially loved the atmosphere. The large windows bring in beautiful natural light, and the comfortable leather sofa, cozy chairs, plants, and warm interior make it a wonderful place to sit, relax, read, or enjoy a cup of coffee. The design has a nice modern touch while still feeling warm and inviting. The bookstore has a thoughtfully curated selection, and I really appreciate the personal, local feel that you don't get from large bookstores or online shopping. They also host book clubs, author events, story times, and other community activities, which makes the place even more special. A beautiful local gem in Milton. If you love books, coffee, peaceful spaces, and supporting local businesses, Poe & Company is definitely worth visiting!”

“Me and my wife came in to this little bookshop completely on a whim. The whole store was perfectly labeled with so many different genres and was meticulously organized in a way that was well thought out and easy to browse! Our favorite part of the store was the DVD/VHS section curated by Josie! We found one of our all time favorite movies on VHS and we couldn't have been happier! They did an amazing job making the section look aesthetically pleasing and had a great selection. The woman working there was so kind and you can tell that they take a lot of pride in their shop. We will absolutely be back :)”

“My daughter back in Korea is absolutely obsessed with American science books lately. Missing her so much, I dropped by Barnes & Noble on Memorial Day. The moment I walked in, a super friendly female employee started showing me around and pointing out all the books on sale. She even shared a great tip on how to get six books at a discount, so I ended up getting three of them at half price! That evening, I showed the books to my daughter over a video call. She was thrilled, saying she loved every single one of them. I guess a father's happiness really does come from the little things.”

“This store is an outstanding resource for all homeschool families. The owners are knowledgeable and always willing to offer their opinion and guidance. Blindly picking curriculum online is extremely overwhelming. Being able to flip through books in person is immensely helpful. They have a great play area to distract your kiddos while you browse. A big selection of used books and curriculum as well. I leave feeling energized and confident about homeschooling each time I visit. So grateful that they are a short drive away.”
