“I go to Big Lots in Roswell, Ga every two weeks for particular items. It is always clean and organized. If I have any questions, they are always friendly and eager to help. They have great customer service. I don't know if the employees are new each time but every time I go I just happen to see someone else talking to a member of management as if they just completed an interview. There is one closer to my home but it's not as clean or friendly. Sometimes I like to ask questions and don't want to alter my shopping experience because someone didn't want to come to work. This store is great.”
“I'd never been to a Five Below before in my life.. this store rocks! They have so many different things, lots of makeup, toys, candy, home decor, and of course gifts. And everything is fairly cheap. I haven't been to other stores like this so I cant compare, but this store was very clean, well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go again!”

“First let me start by saying that I am an avid and some may say dedicated Dollar Tree Shopper/Fan! So I always look for one no matter where I am in the world and rate them in my head as soon as I enter as if they all belong to me and I’m on Undercover Boss or something ?.And, before you ask- yes, it’s that serious because I absolutely love these stores and expect them to exceed my expectations even if I’m just spending $1.25 ?.Lol, in all seriousness I do appreciate them and look forward to shopping them religiously. Every once in a while I come across one that is like the Grand Poobah of them all like this one.I walked in and was blown away at not only how organized and neat it was but how fully stocked it was also. I felt like royalty as if they did it just for me…. Ok, I felt more like a kid in a candy store but you get the gist of what I’m trying to say.Anyhow, they had just about everything I didn’t need (let my family tell it) because let’s face it what store can you get good essentials at a fraction of the price over, and over, and not frequent… Right? Who’s with me? Ok, enough about that. Let’s get to the kicker.As I get up to the counter with a hand basket overflowing with 10 more of the same items I already have at home; there was this friendly, energetic person, also known as the store’s manager working the register with no hesitation, he even had the eagerness to answer questions of those just walking into the store.He was doing more than one job at once and didn’t have one reservation about it. Mind you guys it’s the Christmas season so he was busy, the only cashier, and yet he did it effortlessly with glee. He was a middle-aged African American (I’m horrid with names, but I know descriptions.. ha!) who made me and my money feel appreciated. And if you know me by now, that is essential for me.For that I will pass up others along the way and detour to this particular one anytime! Simply because this place is like Dollar Tree Heaven ? who put this here? They deserve a raise .”
“I have visited many Dollar Tree stores in GA, SC and FL. This location is by far the best organized store and having everything I had been looking for. The customer service was above and beyond. This is my new favorite location to shop for Dollar Tree items. It is worth driving the 20 miles from my home.”

“This is a bigger Dollar Tree outlet among those I visited at Alpharetta, Suwanee, Buckhead, and Hapevile.Lots of choices and varieties. When compared to other outlets where I found few aisles empty, here all aisles were having merchandise.Billing is - as usual at Dollar Tree - fast and easy. Lots of Parking. Few other shops nearby - so you can plan your visit combining other shopping.I didn't had much time to shop. Will visit leadurely later.”

“I live in Dahlonega but every few months I take a trip down to this Dollar Tree because it is huge! I must say, the last time I was in there a few months ago, the organization was not as nice as I saw today. Everything was well stocked and the young woman who was on cashier duty was a delight. She was very friendly and professional and courteous. I found almost every thing that was on my list. Keep up the good work.”

“This is my go to Dollar Tree. My favorite thing to buy from here is light bulbs, balloons for open house signs and occasional office supplies. This location is awesome and the staff are always super nice and the lines are usually never long.”
“A neat store with a wide variety of clothes and shoes for all price ranges. Free parking. Accessible to the disabled, there is parking for the disabled. They did not receive 5 stars because the measuring rooms were closed. And it was not possible to measure the clothes due to the large difference in the different sizes”

“I just wanted to take a moment and write a review about my experience at the Dollar General near where I live and I do not normally take the time to do a review unless I had a very unpleasant experience or if I was totally impressed and today is a very good review with my experience with the Dollar General located on Roswell Rd. The managers name is Jewels I believe but what a great customer service experience I can honestly say I was WOWED. The manager has always been so positive and friendly and has really gone above and beyond the level of my expectations by far. He took going the extra mile with me and I think it was because I had a somewhat bad experience about a month ago and when I originally spoken with him I explained what happened and he listened and he explained the stores policies but still accommodated me due to the other employees mistake but I walked away and felt bad because since new in the area with my new home and surroundings and economic challenges the Dollar would probably be one if not the most convenient location and price for me to buy and save. So of course I continued going back for whatever my needs were anywhere from cleaning supplies to lawn furniture or especially cigarettes because I was a regular customer when I lived in the Brookhaven area. Anyway I came to get lawn chairs one day with my daughter and he assisted myself and she to the car which I found very polite and respectful and then he continued to honor my carton price for my cigs but the absolute best was today when I came in for some BBQ planning and he had a great positive attitude and even with my own life stuff going on I couldn’t help but smile and feel instantly better so he’s just great and the store is lucky to have such great core values and that kind of experience especially working hard myself everyday I truly appreciate your hard work Mr. Jewels!”
