I had opened an account 2023. After repeated online issues, I went to this branch to close the account. Fortunately, I had the opportunity of exemplary service from Alyssa she quickly identified and resolved all technical issues. Also ensured all questions answered and helped setup my account login the way I wanted. I look forward to opening other accounts at this branch. Thanks

Have been a Navy Federal Credit Union member for 25+ years and typically their service and support have been outstanding, both in person and by online access.
But... the new NFCU online payment system for mortgages is terrible!
The online mortgage payment system is now separate and poorly integrated with the NFCU banking system. (its almost like they haven't heard of each other)
Mortgage Transactions can take 2-3 days to show up in NFCU Banking transactions with no way to verify your mortgage payment has been properly applied. This new online mortgage tool is a step backwards. Please fix.

Horrible! As I was trying to rush to the branch before the closed I arrived just in time, so as I am walking to the door a short Caucasian lady with orange here runs to lock the door as i was walking to the door. Why wait until you see me coming to the door to close it. I use to like Navy Federal a lot but starting now to like it. Don’t bother coming to this branch!!!!!!!!

The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient! Sasha spent almost 2 hours with me trying to help resolve a fraud issue, and was genuinely interested in helping me. She made several calls, and sat on hold until she got to the bottom of it. It's hard to find people like this who go the extra mile for you. Highly recommend

Patricia M.Navy federal's services are exempt from excellence at all levels of managers, bank tellers, and receptionists when entering and leaving. Excellent customer service is hard to find, but it is not a problem at NFCU.Many businesses need to use their model in serving the customer to stay in business.

Have been a member for over 25 years and hands down the best customer service whether you go to the bank or call on the phone anytime if the day. Was there on Monday and was able to set up a Money Market Account in less than10 minutes. They are always courteous and professional all the time. There is always a person when you arrive to help direct you to the right person and get your problem solved. As a retired Master Chief it is a pleasure doing business with this company

This credit union in general is terrible. Horrible to work with. Will be having to repo a car from one of my customers do to their poor business policies. Great job navy federal.

It's getting really old to have the app not be able to read checks for lighting or any other issue then having to drive 40 minutes to a branch. Some how on the app my checks clear within 10 hours or less, yet I deposit at a branch and my checks are being held for 3-5 days before my funds are being deposited. One currently going on day 6...SMH NFCU.You're not helping military or our families at this point and just causing more of a head ache and making me think a local branch with another bank that actually can conduct business appropriately would serve me and my family much better.
