The center is easy to access, clean, and has a quiet atmosphere. With programs like Tai Chi and activities for all ages, it is highly recommended for those with Silver Sneakers or above. Many people enjoy participating and visiting regularly.

    This is a great place for seniors! They have just about anything you could ask for with a friendly staff!! From making new friends, enjoying trips, and creating works of art this is the place! Make sure you ask for Bo if you are creative!!!
