She is amazing, energetic, and truly cares about the people taking her class. The place is bright, extremely clean, and just a great place to start the day. A great find, a little further for us but worth the drive.”

“Employees are courteous and helpful. Facility is clean. It is a non-intimidating environment. All fitness levels would feel welcome here. There are down times if you prefer less people in the gym like I do. If you are a black card member, you can bring a guest with you, as well as enjoy extra amenities.”
