“Visiting from out of town, our oil filter housing cracked and oil was flooding out. Unfortunately, the part couldn’t be sourced the same day, but the team promised it would be ready the next day. Since we were stranded, Deb kindly drove us to the local Enterprise so we could rent a car for the night. True to their word, the repair was completed the next day and we were back on the road. “After searching for someone to build my transmission for my 2016 2500 Ram limited. Mega cab (68rfe). I was referred by several people and towing companies around. I called spoke to Bobby and met with him and Darren the next morning. Told them what I did with the truck and what I needed it to do. They listened and guided me to a specific build for my needs. Not once did they pressure me or tell me I had to do this or that. We built what I needed and Bobby and Darren told me about all the options and let me make a decision. It is very hard to find a place that you can trust and that genuinely cares about their customers.
I will definitely take any vehicle to them for any more work needed.
