He literally solved my big problem in just minutes. I had spent the entire day on customer service calls and even visited three other nearby stores, and no one was able or willing to help me.
Dustin was extremely attentive, professional, and responsible. I highly recommend him!

I've owned my home in downtown Monroe for over three years. I love the comprehensive bills that include water, trash, sewer, electricity, gas, and internet. Our total bill fluctuates between 200-400/mo for a 2000 sq foot home, depending on the time of year. We now have automatic drafts, which makes payment easy peasy. I got great support from the city when we had a sewer issue. Overall a positive experience!”
