No in store customer service in Loganville. Store is no longer wanting to be helpful.

I went to get a new phone last week and there was two girls in the lobby. Both employees. I told them I needed to upgrade and they told me I would have to buy a phone. They don't do upgrades any more. They were rude and unprofessional, to put it nicely.
