I will say I was "concerned" with the "Drive Through Only" status, but the associate (Chris) was very responsive and diagnosed the issue within 4--5 minutes, advised that the replacement screen would have to be ordered, but that my phone should be ready by 2 pm (it was 1030 am) . I received communication at 145 that phone was ready, and repair was slightly less than the quote.”
