They were very nice, had a few hiccups with my car but they took care of it and took care of me. Aside from taking a little longer then expected (car issue not theirs) everything was great.

Had a gouged tire on the way home to Covington. Stopped at pep boys for some help, ended up buying 4 brand new tires at a great price. They were so helpful in getting them installed fast so we could get back on the road. Glad we stopped here.

Dropped my car off to have my tires checked. Was told it would be 2-3 hours so I got picked up and went home. Never heard back from them, so 6 full hours later I ubered back and was told "we never had a chance to get around to it." Monroe has several tire shops to choose from. Don't choose this one.

Waited 25 minutes behind another customer. The guy behind the counter takes a call looks up their tires I haven't even been helped yet then proceeds to walk out. Obviously don't go there if you're in a hurry

This place is amazing! I love Albert and his team. He goes out of his way to make sure your car needs are handled! If he says hes going to do something, he does it!!!

Overall Pep Boys had the best price among the big tire dealers. The location in Monroe was definitely short of parking spots at the store. I had to park in the Waffle House parking lot next door. I had a 9:30 appointment and arrived at 9:20. They told me my car wouldn't be brought in for another 40 minutes, which would put them 30 minutes late. I would have been waiting for 2+ hours with an appointment had a chose to wait at the store. Overall the experience was painless. I would have been a little miffed if I had to wait at the store. I dropped off and came back 2 hours later.

Aside from the expected service provided the customer service by Albert left much to be desired. I called ahead and he ( since I saw he was the only one working the desk) told me I didn’t need an appointment. I arrive he acknowledges my presence and proceeds to inquire if I made an appointment.
Then it takes about 25 minutes to be provided with service. I’m the only one there or so it appears. Yup while he stayed on the computer, printing and who knows what… he walks to what I learned later the waiting area and returns with a customer. He finishes up with him - about another 10 mini… then asks me how he may help me.
Everything from there is status quo. I spent over $200 for an oil change and new windshield wipers which I did ask for on my own.
I’m big on customer device primarily because I work hard for my money like most of us do and have options of where I spend it. This was my first and last trip to Pep Boys.
