“Today I needed to return some things to Amazon, so when we saw your store, we stopped to make the returns. I was greeted warmly by everyone there at the front. Unfortunately, today was a long day for me and I was in a lot of pain due to a degenerative bone disease. When the staff realized that, they sought to help make me as comfortable as possible while we were processing my returns.
They were all very patient and kind, but I’m afraid I don’t know everyone’s names. The very kind man named Chris, though, went far above and beyond to help me. He offered his arm and assisted me to the door. He even walked me out to my car, where he opened the door and assisted me into my vehicle.
Chris did not have to do all that for this little old lady, but he chose to do so. He was such a gentleman and I was so grateful. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and your professionalism. Probably the best service I have ever received at a UPS store.”
