“I was driving through from out of town when a hose blew on my work van. This work van has proprietary parts and NONE were in the state when this happened. Carrillo stopped what he was doing and literally left his shop, bought some parts, and created a hose that got me where I was going. I was back on the road with time to still get some work done at my job for a very reasonable price.It's a rare thing to find a mechanic that can "make it work" with zero notice because you simply have to have it then. And on top of that he didn't take advantage of my need and charge me more than was fair.This one is a keeper. Use him.”

Everyone I searched for was either booked or had hours that didn’t work for me. Samuel and team took a look and found the issues with the vehicle. “If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. These are the best/nicest people to do with business with, plus they are EXTREMELY fast! They actually care about their customers. We had an issue with one used tire we had gotten from them so I called them and they offered us a refund or a replacement. We only wanted a replacement and they actually replaced it with a brand new tire for our trouble. They have the best prices in town. I'll honestly NEVER go anywhere else just because they have great service. It's hard to trust people these days but these people are great!”
“I just spoke to Perry and have never been there but a community service worker whose vehicle is the instrument and support of our community members throughout Georgia and Alabama. This service worker had some issues after the work he had done on his mercedes s450. This gentlemen did not miss a beat and inviting the vehicle back to be rechecked and serviced. I like that they were friendly and asked not question just wanted to know how they could help. This technician has no idea that this vehicle is used in the aid of white and black families who are in distress and financial and physical crisis. This same vehicle was used in the aide of a family who was attacked from political beliefs for being republicans and had to be relocated right aways...people are never aware of the hand they have in the community and we just wanted to say thank you to the young man named Perry who made this possible in more way than one.”

“Fantastic service and a great staff! Our family has been using West End for almost 30 years with not a single complaint. This is the only mechanic I have found that I trust completely and never once feel like I received less than the best care for my vehicle. They stay pretty busy so for minor things like oil changes and whatnot, we go wherever is the least expensive, but everything else we go here. “Today my family (4 girls 10-14mos) continued our trek back home from being out west for work. Been traveling 11 days straight. Wanting to avoid Atlanta we took an alternate route. At what was supposed to be a quick bathroom break before hitting 16-E, I noticed a low tire on our 5th wheel. Turned out to be pretty flat.I did a quick search online as my husband tried to see if it would hold air. Sharpsburg Tires came up closest and with some of the highest rated reviews I have seen in a long time. We prayed, calles, and they said they could help . Patient, even as my husband misheard the gps directions and had to back up, turn around to their parking lot. Immediately, they got to it. Technician found a nail that caused the side wall to blow out. Within 30 minutes we were back on the road. They were courteous, quick, thorough. They have public restrooms, good if you have kids, and didn't cause a fuss when my girls climbed a tree on their lot. First tree they have been able to climb in 4 months. Wonderful when kids are allowed that. Today, they are heros in our eyes and save us from disaster. God Bless.”

“Bucks Tires deserves 6 stars. Called them at 430 about a tire. They answered quickly, gave me available & pricing for tires i need. The pricing was unbeatable, 99 dollars for 1 new tire + mount & balancing. I was up there at 5:44 ( 16 minutes before they closed). They were very quick throughout the entire process: taking my information, installing my new tire, and processing payment. They were done with my tire in about 13 minutes ( including all the processing time from payment and mounting, keep in mind i already had pulled my tire from my vehicle so they didnt need to spend time jacking up my car and removing it). Needless to say the tech brought my tire out to me with a smile. He gave me several helpful professional tips on mounting my tire and breaking in the tire for it to ride smoothly. My car is now on the road again and it rides like it just got an upgrade. Thank you Bucks tires!”
