“Very nice quiet and safe apartments. Mangent and maintenance where awesome. The only thing I didn't like about the apartments were all the extra charges. Yout rent never the same every month. Example if your rent $1390 you end up paying something like $1580 or more a month. I think that is so unfair”

“I am officially unpacked and settled!
I moved into the Signal Apartments on 2/6/25! I love my apartment! Here is the timeline of events:
1/24/25, I arrived home to my old place in another state to find my entire apartment flooded from the roof-top pool collapsing!
1/25/25, contacted Signal and spoke to my agent Will, who was exceptionally pleasant, accommodating, and understanding regarding the stress and time-constraints I was under to pack up the few things that were salvageable and move! He sent me walk-throughs of a few units and matched me with the units that had all of my non-negotiables! I also applied same day!
- I applied after close of business on 1/25/25, so first thing Monday morning 1/27/25, I received a call stating was approved!
- I did not move in until 2/6/25 because I moved in from out of state and also had to work in the interim of packing, staying in a hotel for a few days, as well as fulfilling the logistics of scheduling a moving truck at the last minute!
- Upon arrival on 2/6/25, I met Iona, and she was so sweet and welcoming! Will was off on the date of my arrival!
- I toured my unit for the first time upon arrival and the walk-through that Will originally sent did no justice! My unit was better in person than the walk-through. My agent Will actually sent me a video of my actual unit and not the model version and I was grateful for this video! Yes, I did go from 1,000 sqft to 750 sqft, but everything here at The Signal is bigger, examples:
-My stackable washer and dryer are twice the size of my previous stackable in my previous state. My bathtub is twice the size of my previous bathtub and it's insanely deep!
-I had to trust the process with my King size bed and when I say, I needed that mustard seed faith; I passed the test, trusted the process and I was able to fit my bed into the room!
-I was also able to fit my king size bed, two- night stands and two dressers in my bedroom with just enough space to open the door to walk into the living room! Please see attached photo!
- Due to the number of items, I had, I did have to give a few things away, due to me not having a place to put the items!
-I love the stainless-steel equipment; I love the backsplash! I love the stove!
- I am not a big fan of the cheap white paint on the walls! But since I take care of my things, I'll be alright!
- Overall, 9/10 and I'll rent again! Thank you so much Signal for welcoming me with open arms! I am grateful, thank you, thank you, thank you so much!

“I visited last week and spoke with Taylor. She was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with her during my tour. Loved the apartment, applied that night, moved in a few days later! There were a few small things that needed attention and the team was on it first thing Monday morning. I'm still waiting for my washer and dryer to be delivered, but things are going great and Im confident they'll be here ASAP. The grounds are well maintained and well lit at night. I had to get something out of my car tonight and there was a security officer making rounds in his vehicle. So far, so good, Fieldstone Glen!”

“I would definitely recommend any friends or family to move here at The Mark at Riverdale. The neighborhood is quiet and the staff here is always so helpful. They communicate very well and are very understanding about any situation. Kwame’ answered all of the questions I had concerning my rent and makes sure he communicates and leaves any messages for Daniella. I’ve never had to go back and make sure I was on the same page, because they both work really well together. I always appreciate that they are a team, because they make it so much easier on myself as a resident. Keep up the great work !”
“After having a horrifying in experience in my apartment search.I came back to Lakeside Villas to look again because they had availability and I like the apartment itself but what I love the most was Charity and Ty the are the absolute best they make a great team. That was a big plus.Then when I saw my apartment I was very pleased they were very accommodating. I love my new place.”

They stay doing things for community by doing party’s for the children, they recently did a back to school bash. I will recommend these apartments to make a home.”
“I would like to give a shout out to our incredible manager Cameron, who is really doing a great job for the residents here at Heritage Greene Apartments, I have lived here for over 17 years and have complained about my kitchen floor and the damage that was caused by leaking. He is the only manager that not only came to see the damage, but sent someone to assess the damage and my floor was was just completed on today, Monday 21, 2025 and it looks fabulous. So thanks to Cameron and the team for doing an amazing job.

“I moved in about a month ago and morgan has been fantastic. Every question I've had has been either promptly resolved or they have quickly gotten back in touch to address any concerns. Also id like to point out any issues ive had, have been very minor to begin with, or just plain ol my fault (i lost my key like the second day i moved in, and they had another one ready for me as soon as the office opened)…i general its been of if not the, best move in experience ive ever had.”
