“The neighborhood is pleasant, and repairs are carried out on time. However, a downside is that HOA fees must be paid for access to an offsite recreation center, regardless of usage. I have lived here for a year.”

“I really enjoy living at Battlecreek Village Townhomes! The community is quiet, clean, and well cared for. Management is friendly, professional and quick to respond. Special shout out to Jacqueline and Shonie, who I worked with directly during the move in process. Jacqueline continues to be an exceptional leasing consultant. They are quick to respond while doing their best in making my living experience top tier. My townhome feels spacious and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!”

“I was greeted immediately when I came through the office door the two young ladies that was sitting there it was actually lunchtime. I’m just saying it was lunchtime, but they stopped their lunch break. I’m sorry for interrupting and helped me out. I was shown a one bedroom apartment one bath and they are so adorable. It was clean it smell good, What actually got my full attention. Was the front screen porch on the website? Yeah I like sitting outside I like to read I like to be in peace. I’m a peaceful person. It was quiet and cleaning, but most of all the young ladies the hospitality was a very pleasant welcome thank you and happy Mother’s Day ladies.”

“I been having a wonderful experience here . I love that we were able to learn how to plant and grow correctly. I love the fact we can feed the goats and chickens. Mediation classes are awesome. The staff are great and really go above and beyond for you . I love the gym and also the soul space to have free space to think . Theirs always something to do here to get you involved in the community with yourself and children’s. One of my favorite events that recently passed was coffee and breakfast in the community that was sweet and thoughtful. The last thing I love it’s always ways to give and help others in our community. We have a giving table that comes in handy especially if you need items .”

“Hello everyone. I need to take a moment of everyone's time that read reviews for Glen Hollow Apartments. I moved into the home 8/15/2026. And wow, the experience I have had I don't think Google will allow me to write in words. But now since there's new management and the supervisor by the name of Jay. Wow have things changed, I am a COPD patient with asthma. I have Not WORKING air condition since I have been here. Let me repeat the date that I moved in here August 15th 2025. My air conditioner never worked and I'm going to keep repeating. Never worked. Jay came right in and fixed it immediately. He is this new supervisor here and there is a whole new team. I do have to drop this comment in here. Without Jay fixing my air conditioning today, I'm 100% sure I would have been in the hospital once again for NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATHE which again includes no working air from August 15th 2025. Yes, I have to keep including the MOVE DATE IF August 15th 2025 simply because this has been a nightmare. My family and I are moving within the next 30 days and with that being said, believing and seeing how Jay works with his team Glen Hollow Apartments will be turnt around in no time. Jay, Mr. Fritz and his new fabtastic(my word Fabolous and Fantastic ?) team members ROCK! Did you guys hear me they are IT. If I could give Jay a 10 star I would. In fact I can right here. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. There is nothing being able to BREATHE AS WELL AS BE COOL!!!

They communicate very well and are very understanding about any situation. Kwame’ answered all of the questions I had concerning my rent and makes sure he communicates and leaves any messages for Daniella. I’ve never had to go back and make sure I was on the same page, because they both work really well together. “I would like to give a shout out to our incredible manager Cameron, who is really doing a great job for the residents here at Heritage Greene Apartments, I have lived here for over 17 years and have complained about my kitchen floor and the damage that was caused by leaking. He is the only manager that not only came to see the damage, but sent someone to assess the damage and my floor was was just completed on today, Monday 21, 2025 and it looks fabulous. So thanks to Cameron and the team for doing an amazing job.
