“Greetings one and all...I would like to publicly thank Donna, Roy, and their AWESOME team members of Maaco Auto Body Shop and Painting (in Stockbridge) for their AWESOME customer service and their AWESOME support during a time that was rough for us, as our family's SUV-vehicle was involved in a rear end collision-accident, where we were at fault...Our front end was smashed in really bad...So we already had the pressures the accident, and then results from the accident was a whole 'nother stress...Donna's welcoming energy and uplifting personality made us feel right at home...Donna and Roy both kept us laughing so much that we felt our pressures removed...We left our vehicle under the care of Maaco (in Stockbridge), and we are AMAZED when we arrived to pick up our vehicle after services were completed...Our previous damages were a thing of the past!!...The team did such a WONDERFUL job, that we had to keep checking to make sure that it was the same vehicle that we had dropped off!!...They have a fast turnaround time...Their prices are affordable, as we even paid out of pocket!!...They did such a wonderful job that we've decided to bring our second family Suv-vehicle to them for some much needed body work as well as a completely new paint job...Based on our experience, my family as well as myself, we recommend Maaco Auto Body Shop and Painting (in Stockbridge)!!...Welcome to their newest team member Cloe' whom we first met during our pick up...Chloe' jumped right on in and emittied such great vibes!!...She is definitely a great addition to the team...Thanks again yall!!...Peace, Love, and Light...Our final word is "Satisfaction"”

“Dec. 2022, my roommate sold me her car and said she took it to get washed as a condition of our agreement. As of this review it is Dec. 2023 and I decided to take the ole boy to get washed before the new year. You have to understand I am not the type of guy that goes to get his car washed. I believe that mother nature does an excellent job. But I was told they do a very good job. Went on the last Saturday morning (10am) of the year and I was what looked to be the 1st customer of the day. Gary was there and I have to say he was an extremely pleasent fellow to talk to. He looked at my car mentioned some things and asked me what i needed, NOT tell me what I should get. I appreciate that. He told me that when he was done, my car would look brand new. AND HE WAS CORRECT!! In and 1.5 hrs, he cleaned my car from top to bottom, inside and out and all the crevices that did not know was dirty.I ABSOULUTLY RECOMMEND SPLASH AND GO AUTO DETAIL SHOP!!! They do an excellent job and there customer service is bar none. He also made sure that all my belongings that had to be removed from the vehicle was returned to me before I left. Thank you GARY!!! I will be back to support your black owned business my brother!!!”

“They made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with! Going in, I knew that a had a very costly repair ahead of me. They very quickly got me in and diagnosed my problem. When they saw the cost, they felt bad. They didn't talk a bunch of mumbo jumbo. Honest and to the point, and did all they could to bring the cost down as much as possible and helped me figure out a way to pay for it, as my family is down to one car, so the repair was CRUCIAL. On top of that, they took care of MAJOR repairs the same day as promised! "Cousins" is the perfect name, because they treated me like family. I will not only gladly bring my car here for all my needs,but I will recommend them to anybody that needs car repair.”

“Great car wash for your basic car wash needs. I have the basic package and my car gets clean enough to say that I got it washed. The lines can get long on the weekends or evenings and holidays so try and avoid those times. I don't like the sticker being outside my windshield. Vacuum center good because all the vaccine have been working when I've gone.”

“Lovejoy car wash is the best car wash i'll ever go too they are so nice, they welcome you with smiles, i don't know why i dont have a membership with them yet. They help you with a positive attitude they don't care if it's a dumb question they'll still help you no matter what. There's this young man his name is Bailey, very kind, has a smile every time i come through there, he has a funny personality, just a wonderful man. The managers are awesome too. “They would have received 5 stars, but two things occurred. They did not vacuum out my hatchback area. I had to request this be done after inspecting my vehicle. When I questioned why, the young lady at the cash register told me they don't vacuum "trunks". A BMW hatchback with carpeting is not a "trunk" and when I told her the last time, I came they did vacuum out that area she just shrugged her shoulders. I asked to speak to the manager, and he took the car back to complete the cleaning. I also asked for a "baby powder" fragrance to be sprayed in the car. This was also omitted. I didn't discover this until we had already left the premises. $45 dollars plus a tip should have included the hatchback too.Services: Polishing”
