The store is pleasing to the eye and smells fantastic, with an amazing atmosphere and new stuff. Many customers report great experiences, finding the associates friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when putting together gifts or finding a perfect scent. The body lotions make skin soft and provide a sweet smell. While most note good customer service and great deals, there can be occasional complaints about service. Overall, it is a go-to place for many.
Everyone associate and manager were extremely kind and helpful. They all provided world class customer service. The manager Toya goes out of her way to make sure every customer feel seen and appreciated. This location is now my new favorite.

The gentleman that helped me at Bath and body Works went way above and beyond he was helping me and two other customers at the same time, but we couldn’t tell because his customer service was superior. The store was clean. The associates were nice and in the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting.
