I went with my girlfriend in this location at 10:00am on 12/27/2023, the two cashiers were excellent and had great customer service. However, I believe she was the greeter, the lady standing in front of the store, she was very cold and did not speak (at all), it made the whole shopping experience very uncomfortable.

I went to the mall to pick up my on line order. They gave me my bags. I went home & realized that 2 of my items weren't missing. So, I returned to the store. This girl with a copper wig returned the items eventhough i only wanted to exchange it. She then told me that since she returned it I have to wait on my refund. Or, I can buy it again eventhough I won't get the price that I paid for it. It'll be full price & not the sale price..she then, stepped in my personal space as I'm talking to her. She told me to get out as I was waiting for the returned receipt. I asked her to back up because she was in my personal space. She put her arms towards me. I even asked her again to get out of personal space. she continued to be aggressive. I had to raise my arm to show her that she was being aggressive & in my personal space. The last time, I had this same problem. But, the only difference was that the the employee was extremely nice. She gave me the option to exchange or refund. I chose the exchange because I needed those items. Unlike the copper colored wig employee. I would never go back to Bath & Body nor order anything NO MORE .I will now start shopping at Yankee Candles... This store needs customer training. I been in costumer for over 34 years. I've never never seen anything like this before.I called customer service & they did absolutely nothing. My husband asked the agent on the phone for the corporate number. The supervisor on the phone said there was no corporate number. She refused to give it to us. My husband found the number on line. We'll definitely be calling you on Monday morning. I will be talking to police & attorney for her walking up on me in my personal space. I felt threatened. I asked her to stop walking up on me. But she stood firm & wouldn't get out my of space. Corporate, Customer Service & etc is Horrible. NO ONE wanted to fix this problem. I order too much stuff from Bath & Body Works to be treated this way. Unexceptable, Unexceptable...

I walked into the store and the first thing I have to hear is 2 of the associates cursing. Whatever they were talking about involved a lot of those colorful words they didn't even attempt to stop while I was standing there. But then one of them said curse word I need a curse word break I am hungry and went to the back of the store.

Hello, now you know customer service is by far one of THE most important aspects of a business. I must tip my hat to this location. The asst. manager Toya made it her business to help me and make sure that I was serviced. But, I will give a heartfelt THANK YOU to Najee, who noticed my initial displeasure and made the decision to make Toya aware. It is of great importance to acknowledge, care enough, and make known of how customers feel about service provided. It shows exceptional service and teamwork by Najee and Toya. As you may notice, I did not say what happened. That's because I don't want to overshadow their efforts and service. If you are in the area or shop at the South Lake Mall, visit BBB. Great work, ladies... you two need a raise or promotion. Corporations without ppl like you two will go under... believe me. There is nothing like great customer service. NOTHING!!! Even if a business has good products, service is ??.

My daughter and I went in here on March 17. They had a sale buy 3 get 3 free. When we walked in we were greeted was a very dry attitude. No one even asked could they help us. I was looking for lotion, perfume, body spray etc for birthdays coming up. Everything I was looking for my daughter went and found for me as if she worked there. Everyone else that came in behind me was greeted and asked did they need help and keep in mind they had a manager there, 2 cashiers, a greeter and AT LEAST 4 other employees on the floor. After finding everything I went to get in line to check out the cashier that called me up was rude and had an attitude. When we got ready to leave another manager came in and she she said hello, thank you for coming! She was the only 1 nice an pleasant. I won’t be back to this store. Customer service is at an all time low at this store.

I was very displeased about my visit today. I came to retrieve a pick up order that was already paid for and was told I had to stand in the line that was outside of the store. Without a doubt, there were atleast 13 people waiting. Then, I was told I'd have to stand in line to even pick up my items?!?! Which would be the same line people who are paying and shopping in store use. There were people waiting in line for that too! This is an AWFUL method. At that point, I left. The order can be refunded because there is no way I would do all of that waiting. That's the point of a pick up, to lessen the inconvenience of regular shoppers. Not to mention, the employee was extremely rude when all I was doing was inquiring about the pick up process. I 100% will not visit that location again.
