Tameka had the worst attitude me and my sisters and friend came up here and her whole demeanor was just off my sister paid first then walked away so she handed me her change and I put it in my pocket jokingly and when my sister came back Tameka was upset saying “didn’t u give me the 20? She took your money” and me and my sisters is laughing and she’s like “ok who’s up next “ with an attitude and when I commented about how her attitude was nasty she tried to be all nice.

B&BW is always pleasing to the eye and smells fantastic. The only complaint was that the cashier had an attitude. Not customer friendly at all.

How can you go wrong here???? This will always be my go to place for a sweet smell on my skin and their body lotions makes your skin so soft. My favorite fragrance will forever be "in the Stars"

I had a really nice experience here, which was serendipitous considering I had an unpleasant experience at the Lenox B&BW the day before coming to the Southlake location.
There was one woman who was very friendly and helpful to me, my aunt and my mom while we were there which touched my heart. We were there on 5/15/24 around 1 pm with cashier 3925291 according to the receipt.
