Great experience they didn’t have the item I wanted in stock but they checked local stores and even offered it to be sent to my home via the website.

Wish we could give 0 stars, customer service is horrible. My daughter and I were the first in the store, no one greeted us, a couple of people walked in afterwards with no greeting or help offered. Mind you it was three workers in the store. I walked right out.

Totally ghetto! The whole staff needs to be restructured. They close the store early regularly claiming they are short of help and restrict customers access when trying to purchase during business hours. The manager leaves the kids to run the store with little to no knowledge of how to conduct professional business. Someone will get hurt in the future due to the games this company involves itself in.
