The staff at Extended Stay America in Atlanta are pleasant and go above and beyond. Customer service is excellent and second to none. The manager is cool and understanding, and the team makes you feel like home. Rooms are not bad and the rooms are amazing. Staff answer your questions and keep composure even when people are disrespectful. They bring good energy and are very helpful while you are staying. Everyone is there to make you feel welcome and to give each you a great experience. The service makes you feel like you are at home and the staff are very understanding and helpful.
