The most unprofessional…GHETTO store and employees ever. I only went there because someone purchased a gift for my daughter there so I wanted to exchange for larger size. Those young ladies are so rude and unwelcoming. I had to keep reminding myself that I’m 50 and those rude girls are not able to do any better because they don’t know any better. it was sad! The mall itself is tacky so I guess that’s all they can get to work in there. One and done. I will never be back.

Store manager keeps hanging up in my face and not answering the phone because she doesn’t want to look up my shoe purchase to see if they shipped out my son’s shoe! I will never order from this store again and will be contacting the better business bureau! She needs to be fired asap!

Word of advice, don't return shoes that you ordered online to the store. It is likely your refund will not get processed correctly and you will be sent through hoops and loops to get your refund.

I won't spend my money in this store ever again the service was awful and the people had attitudes and no one helped us they all was behind the counter and one female was eating ice cream and one was rapping loud they all was on their phones...i know teenagers need jobs too but y'all need to train them better than that ...

Shan Ramsey the store manager will sell you shoe right in front of you then tell you they didn’t get your shoe. She sold me shoe for $400 that I copped from exclusive access and I know the reseller. Do not reserve your shoes here.

If your looking to buy from this location or any other i would think twice finish line does not honor their return policy even if you put the shoe on and dont like them after you purchase them pls pls pls think twice and there customer service sucks the agent told me i would need to get intouch with the manufacturer to get some type of help dont buy from them if i was you
