This is my second review with this store, and I must say that I don't mind taking the time to express my most sincere gratitude to a wonderful person...the one and only, KEZIA! Oh, my goodness! Kezia was SO professional, SO helpful, and SO kind. I am still in the middle of an extensive remodeling project. I had several transactions that had to be made, I needed assistance with arranging a delivery for a beautiful vanity that I had purchased at the store, and Kezia smoothly and effortlessly handled everything I needed. She helped me locate accessories to compliment my purchase, and she was efficient and patient the entire time. It meant so much to have someone provide quality service and coordinate with others at Floor & Decor to provide superior service! I am beyond appreciative! Floor & Decor McDonough remains as my "go-to" place for my home improvement needs. Thanks again, KEZIA! YOU ARE AWESOME! (Yes.....I'm screaming the last line! And yes, I meant to use all caps!) ? “I had heard good things about them from a custom cabinet maker. When I saw the high quality of the work at a friend’s house I had the designer, Tressa come talk about the possibilities. We came up with a plan that perfectly fit what I wanted. John and Bobby are careful craftsmen that did a great job in the installation.Jan 2024 update. Still thrilled with my kitchen. I had a drawer slide problem, they came out and fixed it right away.”
“My first time going to Ollie's and I wished I've done it sooner. Great deals on products and the selection was vast. I only wanted a t shirt, because a hoodie isn't made for the heat. Could've grabbed more, but I was on a tight schedule. Only visited the clothes section and on my way to that section I saw only a mere fraction of what they offered. While at the register, I was convinced to join their membership and I had no problem with that, since I wanted to join any ol way. Will definitely be back sooner than later. Don't take my word for it. Check for yourself.”
