“Kendra was very polite as soon as enter the store she greeted me with a smile and hand shake, she took her time to explain things to me , I upgraded my phone and during the hour time of transfer our conversation felt short as only fifteen minutes. This was by far the greatest experience I have had with the company , and I’ve been with this company since it was Cingular , Kendra is a keeper and great lesder and Dave for this company .”

“Owner was very nice and the prices were fair. I had a ring polished and another ring's diamond reset and it was $20.00 each which seems to be his minimum per service. Both ring's work wasn't the BEST but it was still good for the price. He also has a few knick knacks and novelties for sale in the store and some are a bit expensive. I did end up buying an electronic component and didn't mind the bit of extra money since he was a nice guy.
He doesn't seem to have much jewelry so it seems more like he's a jewelry repair place than an actual jewelry store. A lot of reviews don't mention that he's Vietnamese which is an important note to make, we have a lot of Vietnamese in this area so he can be quite helpful to those who don't speak very good English. I spoke to him entirely in English and had no issues.

“He is determined to get your phone fixed. Screen repairs are 30 minutes. Screen repair cost depends on model (mine is Galaxy S20 FE 5G and he charged $180). My phone faced a network connectivity issue but he did everything in his ability to fix it, from finding out the exact part to calling his friend to check on it, to consider ordering Amazon Prime for it.Strong work ethic. I came in blind and in immediacy, out of fear of not knowing who to fix my phone. Definite recommend.”

“The associate was friendly but I forgot her name. She helped me get the moto 6 on the 55 dollar plan but she didn't tell me that with the moto 6 2026, the protection plan doesn't cover cracks in the screen. You have to buy a whole new phone which is only $40 so it's still a good plan but I wish I knew this phone doesn't cover replacement for cracked screens”
“I like this location. I come for work and personal. Everyone is always pleasant. I always run into people who are hilarious. Plus they usually keep items stocked. I just wish they would have more lanes open.”

“OKAY PEOPLE, I visited the same store again today August 17, 2026 this morning. I was greeted by staff with a smile when they opened. NICK waited on me and my friend. He asked how could he help us. NICK worked with both of us and we were in and out! Staff was very polite and quickly taking care of customers. JORDAN is very nice and pleasant. He greeted me with a smile and offered to help me set my new upgrade phone I ordered online. My friend also had a new phone she wanted set up too that she ordered online. He worked with both of us. GOOD conversation while he was working with us. JORDAN is a 10/ 10!! Now I went home and noticed some of my texts messages didn't transfer over to my new phone so I decided to go back another day. ASIA greeted me this time with a smile. I explained my situation to her about the texts messages. I actually wanted this particular texts messages saved due to sentimental reasons and I expressed it to her. She was very polite, showed concern and tried EVERYTHING to help me in getting the texts messages. We also had GREAT conversations and she informed me on what to do, offered her number to me if I had any issues. She also stated to call her and let her know when I was ready to turn in my old phone so I could get my promotion discount. ASIA was AWESOME and I really truly appreciated EVERYTHING she helped me with.💯💯 ASIA is a 10/ 10!!”
