“I have been an AT&T customer for the past 30 years and this by far has been my best customer service experience! Torrence and his team were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to make sure we had a phone that met our needs and budget. We had an emergency where we needed a phone ASAP but the phone we wanted was out of stock. Torrance drove over an hour to get us a phone. Him and his team then stayed almost 2 hours over close time to get us ready to go. When I say the best customer service ever...you have to go there and check them out. Ask for Torrence or any of his team members...you will thank me later! I wish I could give them 10 stars for the entire experience. Thank you Torrence and team for going above and beyond!! Your positive attitude and the store vibe was wonderful and truly appreciated!!”

“Absolute stellar place, I can't think of a single bad thing I'd ever say about them. Asked about a battery replacement yesterday, they said they'd have to order the battery in, but it would be overnight and asked for a good faith deposit to do so (totally fair, I'd ask the same). I paid the deposit and sure enough got a call the next day it was in. Swung by and dropped off the device, they were done just as fast as they said they would and even stayed open a bit longer to make sure it could get replaced and picked up same day.I'm awful with names, but the guy working who did the replacement, A+ all around. Also whoever handled my inquiry and deposit yesterday, also A+. Absolutely reasonable pricing, fantastic service, I'll 100% use them again if I need it, and definitely recommend without a worry.Thanks team, from a happy OnePlus 7Pro owner with a new battery!”

“I went to this man on Sunday in a total frenzy because my iPhone Sim card was not registering or reading T-Mobile could not help me or maybe they didn’t know what to do not only did he have my phone fixed within 20 minutes but he upgraded it, he made sure to make T-Mobile give me an e-aim card in which they did and charged me the bare minimum just to look at it, he is amazing and my phone is a thousand times better then it was , all my pictures and contacts have been erased out the iCloud he got it all back and added a feature where I can have my business line come into the same phone it separates private from business, he’s amazing!”
