“6459 Ga 42 this is the best metro store that you can ever visit ever ever ever ever ever I've been a menstrual customer for several years I recently broke my phone and I had insurance on the phone but I could never get in touch with the insurance company neither could the three customer service agents I spoke with or the two supervisors so I canceled the insurance so finally today I decided I have to just go buy a phone so I going to the Metro PCS located on North Henry boulevard in Stockbridge Georgia the girl that was nice enough and she was helpful but she said I needed to be able to receive a text message or an email in order to get a phone and she could not sell me the same phone that I had at the same price I paid it for her price was $40 more so she directed me to another MetroPCS located on lake Spivey in Stockbridge Georgia don't ever go to that store the girl there was not kind at all and she told me they didn't have Wi-Fi so why are you even open if I can't receive a message in your store how can you sell me anything plus I told her I needed directions to another store she couldn't help me with that and I told her I couldn't use my GPS because my screen was messed up on my phone I stopped to pray and ask God to go before me and I saw a guy at the gas station so I asked him to Google the nearest Metro PCS store and I ended up on Georgia 42 with the angels from the Lord not only did they sell me the phone at the same price that I bought it for a month ago but they threw it in case and they were so kind and patient my phone was really bad and that girl took her time and worked with my phone in order to make the deal this is the location you should go to if you want the best deal and if you want some customer service which seems to be absent in the store located in the Kroger plaza on lake spivey parkway”
“Brandon was extremely helpful and attentive with my son and I even though he was busy with another customer at the time. Juggling 3 people at once like it was just a Sunday walk in the park. Great manners as well. Spectacular service and couldn’t recommend more.”

I had a keyboard that wasn’t working and told him I was in school and I needed it back ASAP to do my assignment. He told me it was $65 flat, and he’ll have it ready within an hour. He called me back, diagnosed my issue and fixed my computer. So I would highly recommend this shop for repairs and services. Thank you.”
“Kendra was very polite as soon as enter the store she greeted me with a smile and hand shake, she took her time to explain things to me , I upgraded my phone and during the hour time of transfer our conversation felt short as only fifteen minutes. She not only fixed my mom’s current phone first, then she proceeded to help us get her a new phone and service at an affordable rate. Everyone in the store was friendly.
