Horrible service, the person that is on the store is rude , has no patience and provides the worse customer service I have experience

Took a laptop there that I didn't label but it got lost. Ups won't let me file a claim online and they said they didn't have it. It was a chrome book :(

It says they are open on Sundays on the door and online. They in fact are not open and it is 1:00pm on Sunday. Hours need to updated.
