“While on vacation our van broke down on the afternoon of July 4th. Immediately we took to our phones searching for help. Obviously every mechanic shop we called was already closed for the holiday. Mr. Brown called me back and we were able to get the van to him. Our cabin was 45 minutes away and we had no luck with Uber. He took our family of 5 back to our cabin. He worked that evening and had our van repaired by 7:15 the next morning so we could enjoy our last day of vacation. “Well I've gotta say, I rented online and knew the terms of our agreement and they were fulfilled easily. It was a smooth little exchange and a smooth return of a 5x8 trailer. This is kind of a quintessential lake shack of a place, and I'm not sure that they'd want it any other way. I've seen hundreds of U-Haul facilities and none quite like this to say the least.”

“Rider towing towed my 42 foot motor coach from Blairsville to Cleveland Ga. after a mechanical issue. Keith arrived on time with the proper truck for the job. He was very meticulous and detail oriented with the set up and hook up to assure my rig would not be damaged in any way. This tow included a difficult route over blood mountain and the Rider team executed the move flawlessly! These folks are exceptional professionals that are experts at their trade. If I could give a 10 I would! The best of the best! Thanks Rider!”
