“I could not access the spare tire in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. The cover hook to hold the platform up when switching the spare tire had hooked on to the spare tire. Somehow the mechanic got the screws in the compartment undone. To do this he had to get his arm in a two inch high opening and unscrew the strap hold band which he couldn't see. Truly amazing and done in short order.”

“My name is Mandy, and I highly recommend this company. I’ve never felt so taken care of—like family—from start to finish. Garrett, who handled dispatch and was also my driver, went above and beyond for us.
I had called several other towing companies in Forsyth County, and no one was able to help. Even though this company was extremely busy and quoted us about an hour and a half, they still came through when we needed it most.
While we were waiting, we saw multiple trucks constantly working up and down the road, which showed just how dedicated and hardworking they are.

“Very professional, and prompt. The driver even offered to stop me by the store since I'd been broken down for hour waiting on triple A to show. I finally called Evans and they got me fixed up! I didn't catch his name but he was like 6 foot tall with a MAJESTIC lip caterpillar. He kinda looked like a fireman or a GDOT HERO Unit guy. Super cool guy. I'd definitely call again.”

“This was my first time renting and using a trailer, and it’s a big one. I was rather nervous and concerned. Heard hooking up a trailer can be tricky.
Warmly, the lady at the front desk and Louis welcomed me, and then Louis just went out to prep the truck and trailer while I was finishing paperwork with the lady in a cool, chic office. 5 minutes later, paperwork’s done and the truck and trailer were perfectly connected, ready for me to drive off. Felt like a delicious freshly made quesadilla was handed to you when you were still worried how to cook rice yourself. Louis then showed me how I can park them in a way easier way than reversing during after hours. Ah, another huge relief!
I do admire his efficiency and kindness. And the kind gentleman who offered to help park the truck when I returned at 6pm when the office’s closed on a hot summer Saturday night. I sincerely appreciate his help and wish him all the best.
