The worst customer service in the world. Gave a 1 star only because there isn't a negative number available. They wouldn't cash our stimulus check because we didn't have an account with them. I guess they don't trust the U.S. Treasury.

I really enjoy my bank. I’ve never had any major issues, and anytime something did happen they’ve always fixed it quickly.

Customer service is just ok. I often feel like the staff looks down on their customers. Helpful with some issues that I have but others they seem to not care about. Worked for a company that used this branch and they made mistakes often.
