Not only do they charge a "monthly maintenance fee" on a study account they close the account without notice if it is at a zero balance the very same day, so you don't even have time to add money before they close the account. To reopen it you have to have another $100 deposit!! There are too many banking options to deal with anything like this!

The worst customer service in the world. Gave a 1 star only because there isn't a negative number available. They wouldn't cash our stimulus check because we didn't have an account with them. I guess they don't trust the U.S. Treasury.

This place is constantly charging for fees I'm literally paying over $100 in fees with them and it clearly states money was in my account to cover the member fee and still was charged an overdraft fee! I signed up as a gold member I was told we wouldn't have to pay a monthly fee so far I'm paying more than the basic membership so what exactly was the difference besides the fact I'm paying them more money every month! I wouldn't recommend this bank to anybody!

Customer service is just ok. I often feel like the staff looks down on their customers. Helpful with some issues that I have but others they seem to not care about. Worked for a company that used this branch and they made mistakes often.
