“Lived here for about 6 almost 7 months, and within the months all the little minor I guess infractions in which Iv had either with a payment error or even problems in which Iv encountered have all been fixed ASAP by the leasing office as well as the great team of maintenance workers. I would love to give Mr.Clifton his flowers, since the day we moved in he always made sure my family has been straight and had no problems with our apartment. I personally feel that if there are issues regarding the apartments or even the neighborhood that are negatively impacting you and you don’t speak on it, it won’t get fixed and as I mentioned the leasing office staff and really the whole Preston mill staff will get ontop of it and get it done. My only really complaint is that 90% of the time especially living in certain sectors of the complex is after a certain time at night finding parking tends to be a bit difficult, but that isn’t something I can say Preston Mill is responsible for, some tenants just tend to have a big family with more then one car. I love how Preston Mill gives the residents the freedom to decorate our balconies as well as how on the outside the interior of the apartments look small but is really pretty huge. But all in all great community with a great staff as well as of what iv seen great residents.”

“The Villas at Newnan Crossing has been the best apartment we’ve lived at hands down. The apartments are very nice and well maintained, extremely clean both inside and out. The grounds are beautiful, with regular landscaping being done at least every 2 weeks or so. All around very quiet, well lit, and luxurious apartment complex. Would highly recommend anyone looking for apartments to stop here. Sierra, Hunter, and everyone on the management team, as well as the Maintenance team are all extremely nice and heartwarming. They actually care, and love getting to know you, I wish them all the best!”
