“Danny is an amazing, outstanding person. I purchased the LG ThinQ washer and dryer along with the LG QThinQ double door refrigerator with craft ice. I love love my purchases. I made my purchase may of 2022 and had to replace my freezer replacement kit for craft ice. I called Danny and he was very quick to respond. He 1st visit he came to check to see if the kit was repairable. He called me the next day to let me know it needed replacing. He took time out of his day to find the exact part to replace. He also sent me links to the other 2 filters in this huge frig. After I received the parts he scheduled a time shortly after to replace the parts for me with No installation fee. That is OUTSTANDING customer service. I recommend ALL of there appliances. They are honest good people that want to make sure you stay happy with your purchases. Most Appliance stores in have encountered in the past don't care about you when you walk out there door. I RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT HESITATED TO MAKE A PURCHASE AT THIS NEWMAN LOCATION.
