“I visited this location this afternoon, but didn't realize they close at 3. Unfortunately, I pulled up at 3:02. I saw the lights were out and saw the closed signs. I then noticed the hours of operation. No big deal. I was about to leave when the gentleman who works there poked his head out the door, waved me down, and asked if I needed anything. Without my asking, he was kind enough to re-open the store and let me purchase my item. I was under no illusions that the store should open for me. After hours is after hours. The fact that he not only willingly did so, but even volunteered it really was above and beyond service! I appreciate it very much and will make a point to return here!”

“This Lowes us a great store. They have a fabulous woman named Britt who works the front desk. This woman went out of her way to help me with a problem. I was trying to make a payment on my credit card, and it kept coming up. I didn't have one.. Then I list a 500.00 gift card. She found it and put it up in Lowes safe for me. I really needed that card because there had been fraud on my bank account, and they won't let me have a debit card for a year. My money needs to be on visa gift cards. I am so grateful for Britt. She brings great honor to Lowes.”

“Came to Home Depot this morning with my mom to return a safe that was delivered to our house damaged, sadly. When we arrived, my mom asked a young man named Lucas to help us move the safe from our trunk to a cart. Lucas was very helpful in getting the heavy safe onto the cart and did it with a smile on his face. He was VERY polite and respectful. When we walked in the store, we were helped by Niki and Tiffany at the customer service desk who also were such a big help and made the whole process of returning the safe so easy. Thank you to Lucas, Niki and Tiffany for such great customer service!”
