“One of the best experiences I have had with a body shop! My jeep got backed into and the door was pretty banged up! I called bypass and they got me an appointment asap. Once I dropped my jeep off I got an update on every step! I have NEVER had a body shop call me and update me, I feel like I’m always having to call them but this was not the case! I picked my jeep up and it was so clean and the work was amazing! I will always recommend them!”

“I just had my car in the collision center for almost a month... being fixed from being Rear-Ended almost a month prior. Steve, Stephanie, and the others were perfection. They answered all my questions.... even, sully ones and ones that could be common sense. They looked at everything and it was done timely... even through the busy holiday season. I gave them grace and mercy especially when they had to tell me there was an unexpected delay that will cause my car to be there longer.. They worked their butts off. My car has zero issues. “On a rainy day I need some windshield wipers. I stopped by the store and I purchased some windshield washer fluid as well. When I walked in I was greeted by the three gentleman that were there. I asked for help with locating some other items I wanted for my vehicle and the cashier came out to help me. I appreciated that because most stores you go in they do not help when they are able to. Which proves to me they know the products. I got my windshield whispers and the manager I think his name was John came out to assist and put them on. Another thing I noticed was the store was clean and the staff were uniformed and kind. As a women I look for quality over quantity and they did that. I’ll be back .”

“Needed a new battery- they tested my battery for free and we found out it was dying. Got a new battery and they installed it for free. Blair got it put in even though it was super hot outside. Shout out to the staff- they are awesome!”
