“So far so good! I was able to bring my vehicle in for an estimate and drop it off for the repair very quickly. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. They are working with our insurance company for this repair and so far everything is going smoothly! The shop is very nicely put together. They offer a very nice waiting area with snacks and drinks and a TV. There are plants in the office, which add such a nice touch! I'm sure the end results of this business will be top notch!!!”
“One of the best experiences I have had with a body shop! My jeep got backed into and the door was pretty banged up! I called bypass and they got me an appointment asap. Once I dropped my jeep off I got an update on every step! I have NEVER had a body shop call me and update me, I feel like I’m always having to call them but this was not the case! I picked my jeep up and it was so clean and the work was amazing! I will always recommend them!”

“We were on vacation in Florida when a rock hit our windshield. Our insurance company recommended Glass America, unfortunately in Florida they were not able to accommodate our car since it needed to be calibrated being a 2021 Palisades calligraphy. However they did recommend and reschedule our appointment in our hometown in Georgia. “Best in town. Although I wish they brought back the cleaning spray bottles.. what's the point of a car wash with self service vacuum if you can't fully clean the inside.. they only have window cleaner dispensers which seem really cheap.”
