“As a business owner, this bank has been great. We greatly appreciate them.The only negative i can think of (and it may be like this at all banks), is that sometimes it's not clear who charges are from on registry. For example, we may do business with a credit card company we know as "Blue" and charges come from a name called "Alpha". When i ask the bank about it, they can only tell me the bank from which the charges went to and they tell me i have to call them.”

“I experienced great customer service at this location. I highly recommend making an appointment and especially on a Saturday if you need to meet with a banker. I didn't make an appointment last weekend and had to wait over an hour but when I met with Joe Norton, he provided exceptional service. Totally not his fault this location only had 2 bankers on a Saturday which is nuts considering the amount of customers that come here on the weekend. The line to get to a teller was out the door. Joe was efficient and very kind and I noticed while waiting on Joe, the tellers were very nice to every customer that approached the counter.”
