“I was going through to the bank to use their service to expedite a financial process. I was late, on a Friday and way across town trying to make it home. I entered and all the other bankers were tending to customers in their separate offices and only 2 tellers were tending the counter while were counting down for the day. The young lady saw me & acknowledged me. She informed me that my process would possibly have fee's attached for my service. After she took my information, she made me aware of the products and services that the bank offered. ?I thanked her because, I'm not usually on that side of town and Thanked her only to find out that she was the Bank Manager!? Good Leadership in progress, by example!”

“Awesome banking experience. There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The employees are friendly and extremely helpful. There are plenty of bank employees to help you with your banking needs or problems. I enjoy banking with Wells Fargo. These employees do things by the rule book and not by their emotions. I like that in a bank. Those other Banks need to follow the law and not their own simple frail emotions. Wells Fargo is a bank for real people who are about their personal or professional business. Was immediately greeted at the door, summarized my issues, and guided to a teller after few mins waiting. Teller was efficient and very kind walking me through cashing in old coins. “I experienced great customer service at this location. I highly recommend making an appointment and especially on a Saturday if you need to meet with a banker. I didn't make an appointment last weekend and had to wait over an hour but when I met with Joe Norton, he provided exceptional service. Totally not his fault this location only had 2 bankers on a Saturday which is nuts considering the amount of customers that come here on the weekend. The line to get to a teller was out the door. Joe was efficient and very kind and I noticed while waiting on Joe, the tellers were very nice to every customer that approached the counter.”
“I’m moving to the area and this was my first time to use this location. I needed to wire money for my house closing. I’m sorry I don’t remember the teller’s name or her manager. The teller treated me very well. She was friendly, courteous, and efficient. She took care of the wiring information. Her manager approved it and I was on my way. The whole process went smoothly and fast.”
