“Had an initially negative experience with Geek Squad that was handled very kindly and professionally by the store manager Deon who went above and beyond to fix the situation. I was reimbursed without asking for reimbursement for the poor experience and geek squad corrected the issue after Deon took initiative to mend the situation. Wonderful customer service after an initially bad experience. I have been to this Best Buy multiple times and have spent allot of money there and have never had an issue, everyone has always been extremely helpful so the occurrence having a problem with geek squad has no representation of the management of the store.
