“Ian (really hope i remembered his name right) was great !! was there a few days ago to ask about a phone and they didn't have it but I was able to find one and bring it back to have it set up and he really took his time to make sure he got everything swapped over right , got my screen protector on for me and even put the case on for me . He saved me the trouble of having to do it and was very sweet to my wild 6 year old who just wanted to run around the store ? customer service is why I stay with cricket !!”

I was reimbursed without asking for reimbursement for the poor experience and geek squad corrected the issue after Deon took initiative to mend the situation. I have been to this Best Buy multiple times and have spent allot of money there and have never had an issue, everyone has always been extremely helpful so the occurrence having a problem with geek squad has no representation of the management of the store.
