The doctor in the MinuteClinic was named crystal, and she tried to argue with me over an appointment time. She was unprofessional, and very rude. She also did not give me that much information on how to take my medication. Getting information from her was like pulling teeth and I shouldn’t have to do that if I’m paying for a service. I will not be returning to this location.

I love CVS for their pharmacy. I almost don’t want to leave such a good reviews so I don’t have to share them for prescriptions. I have been using them for a few years after switching from kroger(which was horrendous) and have never had issues. In the last couple weeks my son had gotten a few new prescriptions and while I was having to figure out so much with the doctors and insurance it seemed CVS was the only people on top of it. When I messaged in the app about transferring my prescription and getting pre authorization I was reached out to quickly be phone from CVS within an hour of messaging. They were quick, friendly, and clear how to get things going! Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at CVS thanks to the cashier, Hannah! She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and was incredibly patient and friendly throughout the entire checkout process. Her warm smile and positive attitude truly made my day. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service. Thank you, Hannah!

This is the first and surely will be the last time with this pharmacy. The Wife needs meds that immediate care in Sharpsburg called them first to ensure about smhetting the script done.. We heard the pharmacist tell the Doctor that it could take 20 minutes before she might even see it. Ok, we can wait. We had to drive 6 miles before we got there. When we showed up, my wife wanted to get ahead of the game because we had never been there. So, all she wanted to do was give her medical card and info so she wouldn't have to wait another 30 minutes for the script after it was done. Well, the pharmacist behind the counter stated 4 times, I told the doctor it would be 20 minutes. The last time, I told her we were trying to give them info. Plus, we understood because we had heard the doctor talk tonyiu over the phone. We fully understand we would have to wait. An hour goes by, and I am surprised that her prescription never arrived. Well, just reading these complaints, I bet it's the same person we all have dealt with. WE WALKED AND I HOPE TO GOD. NOTHING HAPPENS BECAUSE THERE WILL BE RECOURSE! CVS, OPEN YOUR EYES AND TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE. Stop saying we are sorry. Why not just take care of the issues.

The pharmacy at this CVS is amazing! A few weeks ago we had a family emergency, as well as a personal emergency which caused us to arrive at the pharmacy about 10 minutes before closing. We had to get 2 prescriptions filled that night so that we could travel and be in Missouri the next day. The pharmacy tech, Jodie and the pharmacist were so extremely helpful and rushed to fill the prescriptions so that we could be in MO. We are beyond grateful for the CVS team at this location. It’s moments and people like Jodie and the pharmacist that gives one a little hope for humanity.

My doctor office calls in prescriptions to CVS when it is only a backup to my insurance provider prescription service which the doctor office is aware. I get unexpected notices from CVS that my prescription is ready when doctor office should have sent to my primary prescription provider. You have 30 mins to cancel with CVS but you cant get through on phone to CVS pharmacy. Tried 2 times & on hold over 20 mins so hung up. I’m having doctor remove CVS as my backup medicine provider.

Came in at 6pm and was refused service, my girlfriend was in a lot of pain and just came from dr office and we happened to be interracial couple, I am not saying it was racial discrimination but I have never been told that they could not fill a small 6 pill order before . Very disappointing

No matter how nice my visit is at my local CVS is- and it usually IS nice- my experience is ruined at check out. The self-check registers are SO LOUD (and cannot be muted) that they put me in a foul mood. The screaming registers are so loud that people in the pharmacy at the back of the store can hear them. Ridiculous! I do not need to be reminded to put my item in the bag, especially when I have ALREADY DONE IT. I usually go get an employee to come check me out so I don’t have to hear it, but they were both busy stocking shelves, and I only had a few items, so I did it myself. Big mistake. I went there yesterday, and I am still agitated about the loud yelling self-check registers today. CVS sent a survey, and asked me to do a Google review, so here it is. Maybe now they’ll fix the registers so that we can mute them!
