The price is always right, with excellent greeting cards that you can't beat. Customer service is good and the staff is always so friendly and polite. Employees are noted as being very nice, eager to help customers find things, and handling long lines very well. They greet people pleasantly and genuinely. The environment is joyful. Despite sometimes having limited staff, which can lead to long lines, the team works hard to provide quality service, checking out customers quickly and without attitude, even with large purchases.
