Terrible! Order a washer, when delivered it was the wrong one. Store team gave me the run around, when I finally was able to talk to a store manager (Jill) she said the best she can do is re try the delivery a week later. The worst customer service I have experienced.

This Lowes us a great store. They have a fabulous woman named Britt who works the front desk. This woman went out of her way to help me with a problem. I was trying to make a payment on my credit card, and it kept coming up. I didn't have one.. Then I list a 500.00 gift card. She found it and put it up in Lowes safe for me. I really needed that card because there had been fraud on my bank account, and they won't let me have a debit card for a year. My money needs to be on visa gift cards. I am so grateful for Britt. She brings great honor to Lowes.

If there was an option for zero stars and poor customer service I would give it in a heartbeat!!! I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from this establishment along with a warranty. My 2 year old dryer has not been functioning since October 16th it is now November 5th. To say I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of urgency and professionalism in getting my appliance repaired in a timely manner would be an understatement. Here I am almost a month waiting for repair is ridiculous!!!!!!!! I am being told different things by different people and I am without a functioning dryer to complete the necessary task of doing laundry. I was told today that someone would be to my home between 3-6 so not only have I been waiting I tried calling someone to get an ETA and I’m getting sent to a voicemail!!!!! Never again will I purchase an appliance or a warranty from your establishment is this is the way I am going to be treated…..Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Came in for a few things. Everyone was very helpful, especially the military veteran gentleman working paint and the cashier gentleman in the wheelchair. Today for some reason I was not given my 5% off for using my lowes Amex at the register

Best place to get insect repellent, reasonably priced. Checkout was fast but service was meh, not friendly. Better plants, cheaper at Ingle's & local dollar store (w/ friendly service).

Would honestly give it a zero if I could. I ordered a kamado joe grill for fourth of July sale (ordered on July 2). Had to reschedule the order because they didn't have anyone to assemble the grill. After they assembled it, they broke the grill while loading it on the truck. I was then told 4 days later that they just sold their last grill and were out of stock (July 17th). On the same day they gave me the option to buy the more expensive, next series up grill but without the fourth of July deal or any discount.It was always complicated dealing with costumer support. Each call I had to make, I wound up being on hold for 20-30 minutes or being transferred to 5 different people because they didn't know what they were doing.really upset with the whole process.

I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Corey in the garden dept and thank him for finding and loading all of the heavy bags of rubber mulch for me! He was so very helpful and respectful to this 62yr old grandma!!! I loved talking with him and hope all of his plans for his future success in life come to fruition.

“I recently visited Lowe’s of Newnan GA. I was blown away by the peachy service Keisha greeted me with. She had a gentle smile and a calm quiet spirit that set the atmosphere ablaze. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She went over and beyond to help me even when two of the store managers were too busy, too sharp, and too nasty-acting to help me. They basically brushed me off and looked straight through me as if I were a ghost.Keisha remained focused and professional while keeping a straight poker face. She never made a comment; she just watched everything unravel. She did the managers’ jobs and quickly resolved the problem as if she were the manager. Maybe Lowe’s management team or corporate should consider Keisha as their coach. You have to be careful how you handle people.I feel a few of the managers at Lowe’s of Newnan GA have forgotten their purpose. They’ve forgotten what humility is all about. I highly recommend Keisha or Derek as your #1 if you’re looking for a great, quick easygoing hassle-free experience.”

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will never purchase any other appliances from this store. I have had 5 washers delivered in four weeks. All have either been broken or defective. We have tried different brands/machines- it all seems to be a problem with Lowes and their delivery service. No one cares enough to help you and they surely do not care to rectify the situation.

I went to this location on May 31 to purchase a Samsung refrigerator. I was assisted by an amazing young man named Myles. I was coming from work, so I did not get to the store until 30 minutes before closing. Myles was the only one working in the appliance department and he had two other customers before me. However, he was patient and professional with each us. Even though it was closing time Myles was committed to giving me outstanding service. He addressed all of my questions and handled my purchase with ease and confidence. Lowes you truly have a rare find in this young man. He is hard working and takes pride in his job and Lowes customers. I respectfully ask that management recognize this fabulous employee AND Myles thank you again for a Job Well Done! You are truly an asset to an company, so always know your worth and value!!! BTW my fridge was delivered on Sunday and the delivering guys were great as well. Unfortunately, after unwrapping my new fridge it has some scratches on the inside freezer. I contacted customer care and this matter was quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Sometimes things happen, but Lowes is ALWAYS committed to making it right!!!!

I would literally give 0 stars if I could. I am writing as a concerned and loyal customer.My name is Lauren Robinson. I purchased enough material to put up my fence about a 4800 dollar investment. This was purchased at store 0033 in newnan ga in January and was delivered on February the 20th 2023. Needless to say I was extremely excited for my fence to be put up as this is myself and my fiancés first home together and we are so excited to be building our future home that we will hopefully raise our children in one day.We expressed to James (the install manager) that we would need for the deck material to be delivery prior to the fence material due to the deck needing to be built first due to the design of our back yard. He agreed and excited us for the process.So when we received our delivery we were extremely disappointed to see that our fencing material had been delivered first rather than the deck. I reached out to James who apologized but assured me that the product would be fine waiting outside while the deck was being built.Three months later the fence was installed. When I went to see it after it was completed I was shocked to see that several of the planks were moldy. No doubt due to being left outside even though we were assured it would “be fine”. I will attach photos so you can see. I reached out again to James an was advised to “pressure wash it. It’ll be fine”. Which is absolutely ludicrous. Because if the delivery had been scheduled and completed properly the planks would have never been moldy. I am so displeased with the lack of customer service that a MANAGER at your store has displayed for a customer spending 10k between my fence and deck.I don’t think I will ever purchase from Lowe’s again.
